Prof. Salvatore Callesano has been awarded the Illinois Student Government Teaching Excellence Award.

The faculty selected for this award are nominated by the students, and the winners are elected by the Illinois Student Government. As stated in his award letter, “The Illinois Student Government's Teaching Excellence Awards are an opportunity for students to recognize and thank excellent instructors at the University of Illinois for their hard work and commitment to the University's mission. Without the support and dedication from our Professors and TAs, our University's success would not be possible.” 

Salvatore will be honored at this year's Provost’s Celebration of Teaching Excellence virtual ceremony.  We are very proud of Salvatore's achievement!
