Spanish PhD students Jone Vicente Urrutia (Lit/Cult) and Ander Beristain Murillo (Linguistics) have been selected for the Spanish and Portuguese Graduate Student Teaching Award.
The Department of Spanish and Portuguese grants two awards ($250 each) to two Graduate Teaching Assistants, one in the area of linguistics and one in the area of literary and cultural studies, to recognize excellence in teaching conducted by graduate students. The Graduate Awards Committee selects the two winners based primarily on teaching experience and ICES scores. Congratulations Ander and Jone!
