Prof. Melissa Bowles has been named as a Conrad Humanities Professorial Scholar beginning in AY 2018-2019 and continuing through 2022-2023. These awards are designed to recognize tenured faculty members in LAS who are established or emerging leaders with exceptionally strong scholarly recognition and significant promise for continued achievement. Approximately 3-5 Conrad Humanities Professorial Scholar awards are chosen each year.
